2. WE CONDUCT A SEARCH

...and screening of possible international staff. We conduct background checks, testing, and interviews overseas. Then we  come up with a short list which we present to you, and you can have an interview with the candidate via Skype.

3. HIRED

The staff person is first hired on a short-term basis for 30 to 90 days, to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Then, if you desire, you can make a longer term agreement. GlobalHires will continue to take care of all the

Americans working for GlobalHires in the local country will meet monthly with your international staff person to ensure quality control and provide any management assistance to our U.S. clients.
